Outdoor Service + Baptisms
Sept 13 | 10 AM @ Fallen Leaf Lake Park
Join us for a special outdoor service- our only gathering that day, not available online, followed by lake baptisms and a potluck picnic.
Space is limited, so RSVP is required. If you’d like to be baptized, be sure to sign up when you RSVP.
Our church has a strong connection to the community and commenced on October 31st, 1931. We are a generational contemporary church with a rich history. We really are a place where you can belong and grow! Jamie & Caroline have 3 sons, and they believe in rising up the next generation with the wisdom of those who have gone before. Jamie & Caroline have a practical outlook on life and love community. It’s our passion to see you get connected, grow in your relationship with God and others and live your best life.

What to Expect

What are your gatherings like?
Our gatherings are centered around worship and the Word. Each service includes about four worship songs and a sermon preached straight from the Bible. Kids programs are offered during both services, and middle school students meet at 10:45 after worship for their own time of teaching and connection.
What should I bring?
Just bring yourself! You don’t need to bring anything special. Come as you are, grab a cup of coffee, and make yourself at home. If you have kids, we’ll help you get them checked in and settled in too.
How should I dress?
Come as you are. That’s really the heart of it at Journey.
You’ll see some people who like to dress up a bit, and others who are perfectly comfortable in jeans and a t-shirt. There’s no dress code or expectation, just a community of people showing up as themselves. Wear what makes you feel comfortable and come ready to be part of it.
Can I invite people to come with?
Absolutely! We’d love for you to invite your friends, family, neighbors, or anyone else you think might enjoy being part of Journey. Just invite them to come with you, sit together, and grab coffee afterward. It’s really that simple!
